Refund & Replacement Policy

Because Xpress Guardian Emergency Safety ID cards are personalized products, completed or approved cards are generally non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all information for accuracy before production. If Xpress Guardian makes a printing or production error, we will replace the card at no additional charge.

Cards that are lost, stolen, damaged, or require updated information may be replaced for the applicable replacement fee.

If an order is canceled before production begins, please contact Xpress Guardian to request a refund.
