By purchasing an Xpress Guardian Emergency Safety ID card, you agree that all information provided for the card is accurate and has been supplied or authorized by you, the parent, guardian, or authorized purchaser.

Xpress Guardian produces identification cards using the information provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving card information for accuracy before final production.

Xpress Guardian ID cards are intended to provide identification and emergency contact information. They do not replace professional medical identification, medical advice, or emergency services.

Replacement or updated cards may require an additional fee.
